Starts and runs dose not tip as the tipping hand pump needs new seals needs a tidy up as it’s been sitting over winter it’s got a hover deck rather than the normal walk about hover pipe as we used it for cleaning leaves up. It also got a flat tyre we can help load a trailer this end can still be used with a walk around vacuum pipe but you will need to purchase one. The hover deck can easily be removed if you don’t want to use it and it can be used as normal
