This sale is for a brand new adjustable classic Mini gearbox steady kit complete with the correct Polyflex steady bush kit, brackets and bolts. This is used to add adjustment and stability to the gearbox area of the car. This kit mounts to the rear of the front subframe L/H side and then to the gearbox casing and is an alternative and upgrade to the standard gearbox steady bar. This can help to obtain clearance on the bulkhead of the car and for precise engine positioning to relieve extra stresses on the engine and running gear. Most Mini front subframes already have the hole to mount this kit but some of the later type frames may require a 10mm hole to be drilled.
