Vintage African American Child Holding Flower w/ Dog at Their Feet Possibly Young's?
Not sure of the manufacturer but it's possibly Young's. I cannot confirm though.
Roughly 4-1/4" tall.
The child is wearing an orange/rust & white striped with a yellow pocket? The child is holding a flower with a dog at their feet.
