Realistic STA-790 AM/FM Stereo Receiver. Please read the entire description & view all photos.

Before power was put into this unit I opened it up and flushed out all pots & switches. I let it sit overnight and then I slowly warmed it up on a variac over the course of a few hours.

The unit powers on & works exactly as it should. I did most of my testing through AUX— I was able to get good clean sound. I was able to pull several stations on AM & FM. All tone controls, including the equalizer, work great. The graphic equalizer below the tuning meter is a cool touch and works well. Headphone output works.

Physically this unit is solid but has a few defects here & there. Some corrosion on the buttons & switches. A few hits on the case & some of the wood veneer is peeling up. Antenna mount is broken off on the rear. Please take a close look at photos to see condition.
