⚒️ Fitting:
These grippers are nailed to wood and concrete floors using the nails pre nailed into the grippers, you can also glue the grippers to concrete floors using appropriate fixing adhesive not included, if you glue the grippers you need to remove the part nailed nails from the grippers.
The grippers should be fitted approximately 5mm from the wall edge or skirting with the bevelled edge of the grippers towards the skirting
This underlay should be laid with the coloured side face up, on wooden floorboards the underlay should be laid in the opposite direction to the floorboards and each run of underlay should be laid in the opposite direction butt upto the last row, this helps to prevent any consistency issues in the underlay. The underlay should then be slightly stretched and stapled to the floor, if on a concrete floor, spray adhesive should be used.
For best results, use tape to tape along the joints, but it isn’t totally necessary to do this.
