This will fit either the 4008 or 4012 model ---Meta Authentic Clear with anti reflective Replacement Lenses NEW!  THESE ARE NOT TRANSITION

Please double check your model number before ordering as these will only fit the Meta 4008 or 4012.  The model number should be located on the inner side of the left earpiece.
