This wax pack wrapper from the 1983 OPC baseball set is in VG condition, with several marks on the paper as shown in the photo.  

I combine shipping on all wrapper purchases (not on full wax packs, unfortunately). Simply buy everything you want and do not pay until I adjust the invoice.
