PAYMENTS
We accept PayPal. If you
do not have a PayPal account to pay by PayPal. PayPal has a guest
login that will allow you to fund your payment with your credit card.
It is fast, safe and secure.
Payment is due within 5 business
days from the date of purchase.
SHIPPING
We are happy to combine shipments
whenever possible to save you money. To receive a combined shipping
discount, please request an invoice when you are finished shopping, and
wait for one combined invoice before paying.
Items are shipped via USPS, UPS
or LTL freight depending on size and weight. Please note that if
items require to be shipped UPS or freight please DO NOT USE A PO BOX as an
address.
Most orders are shipped within
48 hours, Monday - Friday. Some items will take 5 - 7 business days
to be delivered if we are temporarily out of stock. We will contact
you if this occurs with your item.

Tracking numbers are uploaded
and emailed to you, which will enable you to follow your shipment until it
arrives.
For Alaska, Hawaii and
international customers please contact us for a shipping quote.
Import duties, taxes, and similar costs are not included in the item price
or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
RETURNS
If you need to return a
purchase, please notify us within 14 days of your delivery date. The
item must be returned in its original packaging and in a new
condition. Only unopened, unused, undamaged and uncut may be
returned. If not you may be subjected to a re-stocking fee.
Beyond 14 days, exchanges only will be accepted. We must be notified
within 30 days of receipt for exchanges.
Any shipping discrepancy or
damaged merchandise must be reported with in 3 days of the delivery
date. In the rare event an item is missing, we will process your
claim and send out the missing item(s) promptly. If the product is
damaged, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us and we
will process a return label for you. As soon as we receive your item,
we will ship out a replacement.
A Return authorization is
required for all returns. Simply contact us with your sales record#
and the reason for your return and we in return will issue a return
address.
