(1) Prior to payment:  Buyer can contact seller to request a single invoice.
(2) After Payment:  Seller will contact buyer, via EBAY message, to coordinate shipping costs refund.
       a.  Refund will be divided equally between each item in order and single tracking number will be assigned to each order.

Shipping Policy:

(1) The seller will utilize buyer selected shipping, for most shipments Delivery is in 1-5 Business Days.
(2) The seller is responsible for all additional shipping costs to deliver item to buyer.  (Additional insurance if over $100) 
(3) The seller reserves the right to change mode of shipment.  (Items priced over $100 based on insurance costs) 
(4) The seller will notify buyer, via EBAY message, whenever buyer selected shipping will not be utilized.

Return Policy:

(1) Buyer is responsible for reading complete ITEM DESCRIPTION
(2) Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
(3) Buyer pays return shipping costs.
(4) Item must be returned in the same condition as received.
(5) Items returned used, altered, or missing components may be subject to a partial refund.
(6) Seller pays return shipping only for damaged items or items not as described.
(7) Contact either eBay customer service or seller as soon as possible with any concerns with purchase.

Refund Policy:

(1) No refund will be process if item received is not returned to Seller.
(2) Returns are only accepted within 30 days of purchase. 
(3) Returned item must be original and complete as described in ITEM DESCRIPTION of order listing.
(4) Original Order shipping costs will be retained by seller.
(5) Refunds are processed in 3-5 business days after returned item is received by seller.
