Description and characteristics
Manufacturer: Metallodetal Factory (formerly Factory No. 2 MMP), which specialized in the production of haberdashery and souvenirs.
Production period: 1950s–1960s.
Material: The main material was most often nickel silver (an alloy of copper and nickel) or brass. The product has a silver plating, which may wear off over time, exposing the base metal.
Design: An octagonal body with a detailed three-dimensional image of roses and leaves on the lid.
Dimensions: The standard size of such items is approximately 5.2 x 5.2 cm or 5.5 x 5.5 cm.
