*THE ENGINE WILL BE DRAINED OF FLUIDS AND WILL NEED NEW OIL, OIL FILTER AND CAM CHAIN / BELT TO BE FITTED FOR THE WARRANTY TO BE VALID AND REFUNDS TO BE MADE. RECEIPTS MUST BE PROVIDED FOR ALL OF THESE PARTS AND THEY MUST HAVE THE REGISTRATION OF THE VEHICLE AS THE REFERENCE FOR ANY WARRANTY TO BE HONOURED*

 

General Information

  • We strive to supply all our parts in the best possible condition and all items are covered by a 30 day warranty unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days after payment is received and delivery is usually via a man with a van service so can take several days depending on the delivery address.
  • Collection is usually available on all our parts during T L Harvey Ltd business hours 9.30 - 16.30 mon-fri. However, there is not always someone around, so collection days and times must be agreed before turning up.
  • Please contact your main dealer if you are unsure about fitment or if you are trying to fit this part into a different model.
  • Please note we will not be able to deliver to an address that is different to the one that you have registered on Ebay/Paypal because we are not covered if we do so. If you require us to send the item to a different address (e.g. A garage) then you will have to add this to your Ebay/Paypal account and select the alternate address before purchasing.

By buying from us you are agreeing to these terms:

  • All parts we sell are marked; this is to avoid any misunderstanding. Before purchasing please make sure that the item fits your vehicle as parts correctly supplied are NOT REFUNDABLE.
  • Most parts sold from this establishment are Auto Salvage and sold as such, whilst we make every effort to give value for money, we cannot guarantee each part to be absolutely perfect.
  • Unless otherwise stated all parts carry a 30 day warranty, which operates by exchange only, and does not cover labour costs, consumables, carriage and/or consequential losses.
  • All goods and exchange units must be returned at customers cost. No refund for carriage charge.
  • All parts correctly supplied and returned for credit are subject to a 20% handling fee.

Returns

  • If you have any issues then please contact us straight away so that we can rectify it by messaging us through Ebay.
  • In cases where the part is ordered in error or is no longer required, an administration and restocking fee of 20% will apply.
  • Items must be checked before signing for. If any damaged is caused to the item by the courier company we can only refund it if this has been noted when signing for.
  • If the item is damaged in transit we will replace it with an identical part, where a part is not available we will offer a full refund.
  • We mark all our parts before dispatch and we will only issue a refund on receipt of a part in its original condition. Refunds will not be offered for parts that have been dismantled or tampered with.
