First and foremost, before putting power to the unit, I opened it up to flush & lubricate all pots & switches. I also dusted the inside. I let it sit overnight & then put it on a variac to slowly warm up the voltage over the course of a few hours.

The unit does power on, but the relay does not click. No further tests. This unit is sold as parts in it’s entirety.
