All our figures are printed in house on our 14K printer at a 0.03mm layer height with a 50/50mix of standard and ABS Resin for added flexibility and strength.

As with all 3D printed items, there may be minor surface imperfections or blemishes, though we take care to minimise these during the printing and clean-up process.

❓Is this item painted / do you offer painting services?
✅No - this is an unpainted kit for the buyer to assemble and paint. Some models may be printed as a single piece, but they are still supplied unpainted.
❓Will I need to sand or fill any parts when assembling?
✅While we aim for high-quality prints and carefully position supports to avoid visible areas, some support marks or small imperfections are part of the resin printing process. Light sanding or filling may be needed during assembly, which is typical for any model kit.
❓One of the parts looks warped ? what should I do?
✅Slight warping can happen, especially with thin or flat parts like swords or capes, often due to temperature changes during shipping. This can be easily fixed using a hair dryer or by briefly soaking the part in warm water to make it flexible. Once softened, gently reshape and let it cool to set.

Each model is printed to order with care and attention to detail to ensure a high-quality finish. While we aim to ship promptly, quality is our top priority.
In rare cases, a print may fail during production, which can delay dispatch slightly but if this happens, Ill keep you informed every step of the way.
You'll receive updates when your model enters the print queue and again once it's packaged and ready to ship. Tracking details will be provided at dispatch.

All models are shipped via tracked 24hr or 48hr services. Shipping is purchased up to 24 hours ahead of your item being dispatched. Notifications from eBay will tell you we have dispatched - this is actually when the label is printed ahead of dispatch. We take extra care in packing your items safely and securely to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
📦Packaging
All items are securely packaged in a sturdy box with bubble-wrap and loose filling. At our discretion we may use recycled boxes and packaging when appropriate.
