Ultimate Power #1 Wizard World Texas Sketch Variant CGC 9.8 Signature Series signed comic book, from Marvel Comics, which has been signed by Greg Land, the cover and interior artist!

This sketch variant edition was only available at the Wizard World Texas Convention in 2006.

It has been professionally graded by CGC, the largest independent comic grading company in the world, and slabbed in a sealed protective case.

NOTE - this has a second generation CGC case and they are only sealed and fixed at the corners, so the top and side edges are not sealed tight and may have tiny gaps. This is perfectly normal for this style of case and further details are on the CGC boards if you use a search engine and use "CGC case gaps".

We will not accept returns or claims for not as described for this as it is a characteristic of this style of case. We will provide photos of the sides before shipping to avoid any issues over claims that the cases are faulty.

The grade is guaranteed to be high investment grade 9.8 (NEAR MINT/MINT) and this is a yellow label CGC Signature Series, which means that an authorised CGC representative witnessed the signing and this also acts as a Certificate Of Authenticity. As soon as the comic is signed, it is removed by a CGC authorised party and submitted straight to CGC for grading and encapsulation, guaranteeing the authenticity of the signature.

The validity of the item and the signature can be checked by entering the 10 digit serial number on the yellow label at the CGC comics web-site.

There are no cracks on the case. Any glare is just the reflection of the scanner on the case.

It will be shipped in robust oversized boxed packaging with extra internal support for protection.
