If possible, retrieve fault codes before sending to confirm the module is the source. If the module tests fine on our bench, we will still perform a full service covering all known failure points. We test every unit before return and do not issue refunds if you later determine the module was not the cause. If you are unsure, contact us before sending and we will help you diagnose it.
