This is my reliable Audient ID4.

I used it mostly to record vocals. It doesn’t have latency, it is great, portable, light. It has scratches as I took it with me when I traveled. Works great!!!!

The Audient iD4 features one dedicated XLR/line combo input on the rear panel.

Line Inputs: While there is only one dedicated combo XLR/TRS jack input for microphones or line-level signals, the front-panel JFET instrument input can also be used for line-level signals (like synthesizers), effectively providing two analog inputs total, though only one is a traditional balanced line-level input.

Capacity: The iD4 is a 2-in/2-out interface.

Line Out: It has a pair of 1/4" TRS jack outputs for speakers (2 line outputs).

In summary, for direct line-level input, you have 1 combo input on the back. You can technically use the DI on the front for a second input, but it is optimized for instruments.
