Our CD & DVD grading:

Brand New = Brand new (never opened or played. May or may not be shrink wrapped).

Mint = Looks virtually like new but has been played.

Very Good = Some scratches or smudges that do not affect play.

We do not sell CDs that have a lot of scratches.

Our CD Case Grading:

Mint = New or virtually new.

Very Good = No cracks but some scratches and marks

Unlike a lot of Ebay sellers we do not mail out CDs with poor condition cases. However, jewel cases and artwork may have a small cut-out or hole through the barcode.

If you purchase a CD or DVD, please check out our other listings as we give shipping discounts for multiple purchases. After placing your order, please send us an eBay message or email stating that you have completed your purchases and we will send you an invoice with the correct shipping discount. If you overpay on combined shipping we will refund the difference.

Used CDs and DVDs and artwork are in very good condition (unless otherwise stated). Jewel cases may show signs of wear, but no cracks, sticker residue or broken hinges.  If you are buying a previously owned CD or DVD your item will be used but still in great condition. Discs will play perfectly. Very occasionally a disc may skip when played. This is usually caused by a spot on the disc's surface that can be easily removed by a quick clean with a damp cloth or by using rubbing alcohol. All jewel cases are in the same condition as listed when they are packaged and mailed. We are not responsible for jewel cases that are cracked in the mail, as all items are ok when they leave our premises. 

If an item does not match its listing description, we will refund it in accordance with eBay policy. We do not otherwise accept returns. If something is damaged in shipping, let us know! We will work with you to find a solution that we can both agree upon. We may need you to send us photos or otherwise document the damage so that we can open a claim with the shipper.

Your item will be shipped by USPS or whichever shipping option you choose. We track packages and use tracking numbers to ensure they have been successfully delivered. Make sure the address on your eBay account is correct and current. If you give the wrong address information, it is not our responsibility. 

Ebay adds sales tax to purchases. We have no control over this and cannot remove it.
