This listing is for Avengers 98 from April 1972.  Story by Roy Thomas, Art by Barry Window-Smith, Inks by Sal Buscema, Cover Art by John Buscema.  I am the original owner of this book and it has been in storage since 1993.  

The cover is bright and glossy.  It as a small mark across the cape and left leg of the figure of The Vision to the left of the Avengers logo, and small marks through the "M" in the Marvel Comics Group logo and across the point where the A and the top left point of the V in the Avengers logo meet.  There is also a faint spot to the right of the Comics Code Authority stamp where there is a lack of gloss.  This is very small and all the flaws listed can only be seen under reflected light.  The interior pages are slightly yellowed with gorgeous color.  This is a very nice copy of this issue!
