If you see a Parlux product listed for less on eBay, please check carefully. Many cheaper listings are from overseas sellers, often based in China, and may not be genuine. Buyers are advised to exercise caution.

Our Price Match Guarantee applies to qualifying listings from UK-based sellers on eBay. To request a match:

• Message us before making a purchase

• Provide a link to the cheaper eBay listing

• We’ll verify the listing and respond quickly

To Qualify for a Price Match:

• The item must be identical (same model, condition, etc.)

• The competing listing must be on eBay.co.uk

• The seller must be UK-based with:

  • At least 100 feedback

  • A positive feedback score of 98% or higher

Exclusions:

We do not price match:

• Sellers based outside the UK

• Auction-style listings, refurbished items, or listings with pricing errors

• New or low-feedback accounts, or listings that appear suspicious

• Bundle deals, free gift offers, or multi-buy discounts

• Any listing where the matched price would fall below a commercially viable level
