📦 Before
You Purchase
- ✅ Please match the part number to
ensure compatibility with your vehicle.
- 🔍 The eBay compatibility list is
not guaranteed—always verify with your vehicle’s specs.
- 📸 All photos show the actual item
you’ll receive. Minor marks or scratches may be present due to storage.
- 🇬🇧 All parts are from UK
right-hand drive (RHD) vehicles. Compatibility with left-hand drive (LHD)
vehicles is not guaranteed.
- 📞 Ensure your shipping address
and contact number are correct. We may need to contact you regarding
delivery or order updates.
🔁 Returns & Warranty
🛡️ All items come with a 30-day
warranty covering the part only (not labor or fitting costs).
- You may return the item within
30 days if it’s not functional or if you change your mind.
- Return shipping is the buyer’s
responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service and returning the
item in original packaging.
- If the return is due to buyer
error, a 20% handling fee will apply.
- Returned items must match the condition,
make, and markings of the part we sent.
- Tampered, dismantled,
incomplete, or unmarked items will void the warranty and refund
eligibility.
- All parts are security marked.
Items with missing or broken seals will not be refunded.
⚠️ Delivery & Damage Policy
- Please inspect your item upon
delivery.
- If there is visible damage, notify
the courier immediately and sign as “Damaged.”
- Items signed as delivered in
good condition cannot be refunded for damage later.
🚚 Shipping Information
We ship
using Royal Mail or Parcelforce, with most items arriving within 48 hours.
- Orders placed before 13:30
(Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day (subject to cleared funds).
- Delivery charges apply to UK
Mainland only. Please contact us for quotes to other destinations.
📍 Extra charges apply to:
- AB, EH, BT postcodes
- Jersey (JE), Guernsey (GY), Isle
of Man (IM)
- Orkney (KW15–17), Shetland
(ZE1–3), Inverness
- Oban (PH33, PA20–49, PA60–80,
KA28), Arran (KA27, KA25)
- Republic of Ireland
- Any location outside the UK
🛑 If you purchase without requesting a
quote for these areas, your order may be cancelled and a £5 restocking fee will
be deducted from your refund.
🔧 Engine-Specific Terms
- All engines must be fitted with
a new timing belt/cam belt/chain and fresh oil.
- Failure to follow this
procedure will void the warranty.
- We sell bare engines only (head,
block, sump). Ancillaries (e.g., water pump, cam belt) are not guaranteed
unless stated.
- Any ancillaries left on the
engine are free of charge and not covered by warranty.
