Used Matco accessory- previously mounted on the side of a tool cart- very adaptable to many applications.  Comes as shown- it has a slide bar so tools are dropped in the holder- or if the bar is in  the open position tools can come off sideways.  Tape measure in the photos is a sizing aid only.
