eBay Seller Protection policies  cover sellers when tracking shows delivered, protecting them from buyers that claims “Item Not Delivered" 

Be advised that All items are hand delivered to USPS postal clerk. Therefore i will have a receipt of proof of delivery !!

If an eBay item is marked as “delivered” but stolen by a porch pirate, the buyer is responsible for the loss, not the seller, because the seller has fulfilled their duty by getting the package delivered to the confirmed delivery address with a tracking; the buyer should file a police report, while the seller wins eBay protection with tracking proof.

So if possible, have your auctions delivered to a Postal PO Box  OR   UPS mailbox.
