This laptop has been tested in windows vista and in windows 10.

Battery seems to hold an excellent charge.
Processor passes finctions test.

LAPTOP DISPLAYED AN ISSUE IN WINDOWS 10 where I would have to hold down the function key in blue to reverse a number over a letter in standard qwerty typing. This could be an issue only in windows 10 and how the OS recognized theinput output of the GBE controller. This issue did not happen in windows vista.

The ram is 800Mhz DDR2 which means its compatible with XP, VISTA, win7, and the early version of windows 8.

O cannot supply the original hard drive with vista. There is a key code sticker on the back of the laptop of you chose to reinstall.

If you need functioning parts this is a great donor. If you want it to operate like a normal laptop you think you can trouble shoot the function button. Take a whack at it.

I pick up laptops like this at E waste for $35 in working or non working condition.
