Pants: laying flat - waist: 14 in. (stretches to 23 in.) length: 41 in. — pants are pretty thin and very stretchy (so that the waist can probably fit anywhere from S to 4XL depending on height, but the legs are pretty wide so probably wouldn’t look great on S to L, unless you like the baggy look). best for XL+ imo. I think it’s probably similar to Zubaz college sports pants or almost a pajama pant
