Here is a working airport runway light with a cobalt blue lens removed from the Naples Florida airport. It plugs into a standard household power outlet. It is in excellent condition and working. The original internal power supply was replaced with an external 12 volt DC power supply. The original LED is still used. It works fine and makes for a nice soft night light and has a dawn/ dusk on/off control. This one comes with a smaller base, The globe has no chips or cracks and measures about 3 1/4" high and 2" in diameter. Overall height is about 14" and the base is 6" square. It has an efficient 12 volt switching power supply.
