Enjoy this vintage teacup set which is signed by the Artist William H. Bailey dating to the 1940's-50's depicting whimsical British comic illustrations depicting men and women dressed in their British finery, dancing, in the square and playing the piano in the parlor.   Pink ribbons and bows accent the interior of the petite footed teacup along with plants, tables.

Both pieces have stamps on the bases which read:  "Those Were the Days." Queen Anne Fine Bone China, England.
