Shipping: We use reputable carriers such as Canada Post and UPS for all orders. Customers can request a tracking number for added transparency. If you wish to include this service, please message us before finalizing your purchase.


Tracking: Most orders include a tracking number. To save on shipping costs for smaller items, we may ship without a tracking number. For orders over $60 CAD, tracking is mandatory, and an additional $10 CAD will be added to cover this service.


Handling: Ensuring the secure delivery of your products is our top priority. We meticulously package items using bubble wrap, Styrofoam, and cushion wraps to ensure safe delivery.


Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver orders promptly, unforeseen circumstances such as union strikes and holiday hours may cause delays. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Within Canada: 4-8 business days
  • To the USA: 5-10 business days
  • International orders: 7-21 business days


Multiple Orders: For multiple orders, we offer combined shipping rates:

  • Within Canada: Free shipping on all items.
  • To the USA & International: Combined shipping rates vary based on item weight, typically offering a 50% reduction on shipping fees for each additional item. The combined shipping fee is automatically calculated for multiple identical items. To request combined shipping, click "request a new total" during checkout, and we will adjust the fees accordingly. If this option is unavailable, we will refund any excess shipping costs.


Cancellations/Refunds: For completed payments, refunds are processed upon receiving the returned item(s). For unpaid orders, please contact us within 24 hours to receive a cancellation form via eBay.


Item Conditions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions for all listed items, categorized as New, Like-New, Excellent, Okay, or Poor Condition. Detailed descriptions are included in our listings, and we encourage customers to contact us with any questions regarding item conditions.
