The item is missing its ears and the wind up key.  The toy has been tested and winds up with a #6 clock key (not included) - this activates the rear wheels and wags the dogs tail.  The "leash" string when pulled changes the steering angle of the front wheel and retracts when released.  Please review photos for condition which shows age appropriate surface scratches.
