What are my shipping & delivery options?

In-Store Pickup 

• In-store pickup is available for all purchases. 
• Pickups are available Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM ET.

Shipping

• Free shipping is offered on select domestic orders.
• We offer shipping through UPS & USPS only.
• We offer worldwide shipping on most items. Free shipping is not valid on international orders. 
• Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. 
• We purchase all of our shipping labels through eBay, and item(s) are shipped to the address provided on the order. 
• Tracking is provided by eBay. Date and times are estimates. For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Order Processing Time 

• All orders are processed within two business days. 
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

What happens if my order is delayed?

Can I return my item?

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. 
• All original packing materials must be included, and merchandise must be in new (or original as listed) condition.
• Return item(s) within 30 days to receive a full refund. 
• Unless due to an error on our part or if the merchandise is defective, buyer pays return shipping. 
• If items have already shipped when return is made, shipping costs will not be refunded, and customer is responsible for shipping costs to return item(s).
