Early Industar-26M 52mm f/2.8 Lens – M39 (LTM) – Made in USSR
The Industar-26m is a 52mm, f:2.8 lens made at the FED factory in the Soviet Union. Like all "Industars" it has four lens elements in three groups; a Tessar copy, and is thus comparable to a wide range of lenses made for many different mounts. The Leitz Elmar 50mm was also a Tessar variant with the aperture placed differently, so the Industar and Elmar may be considered to be part of the same family.
Fits Fed, Zorki, Leica and many other 35mm MF (manual focus) rangefinder film cameras with an M39 screw mount, also digital cameras with Micro 4/3 system and others with a working distance of 28.8mm and less, with the use of adapters: All Sony NEX, Olympus, Panasonic: Lumix DMC-G1, DMC-GH1, DMC-GF1, DMC-G2, DMC-G10, Epson, Samsung and others.
This lens adapts beautifully to mirrorless systems and delivers a truly unique vintage character impossible to replicate with modern glass.
For DSLR cameras, it is only possible to work in macro mode.

Minor cleaning marks may be present due to age.
The filter mount is damaged, therefore it is sold as is.
