Rare original 1982 offset lithograph exhibition poster by Romare Bearden, titled The Return of Maudelle Sleet, produced for the Malcolm Brown Gallery, Cleveland, Ohio. A classic Bearden image from an important period of his work. Bearden exhibition posters from the early 1980's are increasingly scarce, and this example rarely appears on the open market.

Condition:

Print appears very good to excellent based on all visible areas. Strong color, no visible tears, creases, or staining. 

Currently in the frame that it was in originally when I acquired it and will remain in frame for protection and display. The print has not yet been removed from the frame and the frame is not included. All visible areas appear clean with no rippling or damage of any kind. It will be carefully removed from the frame after purchase to minimize handling.

Shipping:

Print will be shipped unframed and rolled in a heavy-duty tube with proper protection. Additional photos available upon request.
