This is a fully uprated aftermarket intercooler manufactured to exceed OEM performance.
All intercoolers are handcrafted, manufactured, and dispatched in the United Kingdom. Unlike mass-produced imports, we manufacture the complete core and assembly in-house, giving us complete control over material choice, tube design, and build quality.
You will not find this level of in-house manufacturing and custom core selection elsewhere in the UK.
This fully uprated aluminium turbo intercooler is engineered to deliver dramatically improved charge-air cooling compared to the original factory unit. We have doubled the core thickness from the original 30mm to a heavy-duty 60mm core for a massive increase in cooling capacity.
Featuring 20 multi-gallery extruded tubes (far more than typical aftermarket options), this intercooler offers superior heat dissipation and sustained performance under load.
