In the 1930's Johnson produced the 300 watt Chorehorse, Pioneer Gen-E-Motor dual voltage 300watt 250volt AC/ 12v, 24v & 36 volt sets and exported them all over the world and E.P. Barrus were the importers in the UK
BSA manufactured the Chorehorse under licence from Johnson up til the 1960's for the British military.
