This Harvey-Wells transmitter is in really nice cosmetic condition for it's age. It's a little dirty on the top, but the front panel looks terrific! Inside, I can see at least one capacitor that's been replaced, but I have no idea when this was done or who did the work. We've made absolutely no attempt to test in any way. This item is being sold strictly as-is for parts or restoration.
