1. Why can't turn on the car radio?
- Please check the voltage requirement: 12V
- For testing: Combine red and yellow wires to power supply positive; black wire to negative
- Replace with same type fuse to test
2. Why shows "No Signal" when reversing?
Please check if the camera cable is properly connected. The rear camera video port must be inserted into the "CAMIN" port of the car radio.
3. Why displays "!" and "Can't watch video while driving" when using USB?
Please turn off the "Video Warning" function in the settings.
4. Why can't search FM?
- No radio antenna inserted
- Check antenna connection and reinsert to ensure good contact
- Poor signal in current location - test in an open area

5. Why can't connect Bluetooth?
