This equipment is a pneumatic sealing packaging machine specifically developed for fresh-keeping packaging of foods: fresh meat, aquatic seafood, and prepared foods. Features dual-station design, simultaneously performs, nitrogen gas flushing, and heat sealing for two meal boxes. Significantly improves packaging efficiency for pre-made dishes, salads, and other boxed foods. Effectively inhibits microbial growth and food oxidation, extending shelf life. Efficiently seals various tray types with tight, leak-proof closure. Ideal for takeaway delivery in various stores.

1. Cleaning: After completing work and turning off power, wait for machine to cool. Use damp cloth with mild cleaning agent to wipe exterior. (Do not rinse with water or use strong cleaning agents.) Once cooled, use soft brush to remove residue from sealing plate, heating plate, and cutting blade.
2. Inspection: After period of use, check machine parts for abnormalities. (If issues found, troubleshoot promptly or contact manufacturer.)

1. Plug in power cord and turn on power switch. Equipment begins preheating. Temperature typically set between 160-170°C (adjust based on film material and operational conditions).
2. Once set temperature reached, press ON button.
3. Place tray with products into mold and press RUN button.
4. Sealing system automatically enters operational mode (automatic film pressing, automatic film cutting, automatic film rewinding).
5. Once process complete, remove finished packaged product. This concludes one packaging cycle.
