Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 12 PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on business days will be shipped the same day from our Sydney Metro warehouse. Orders placed after 12 PM AEST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Our Sydney warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays.

Pickup Option

Pickup is available from our Alexandria showroom during business hours.

Shipping & Tracking

We use a variety of trusted shipping carriers, all of which provide tracking details for your convenience.

Please note that delivery time is measured from the moment your order is dispatched and does not account for any delays due to local customs procedures or carrier issues. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

International Orders & Customs

For customers outside Australia, import duties, taxes, and other local fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you have questions regarding potential customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

Refund & Returns Policy

We comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as outlined by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC).

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind purchases.
  • Incorrect choices made by the buyer.

You are entitled to a refund, exchange, or store credit if the product:

  • Is faulty or develops a major defect.
  • Has been incorrectly described.
  • Is significantly different from a sample or listing.
  • Does not perform as expected or as advertised.

Return Conditions

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. If not, the return may be refused and sent back at the buyer's expense.

Product Advice & Buyer Responsibility

We provide product recommendations based on the information you provide. However, the final purchase decision rests with the buyer. Under ACCC guidelines, we do not offer refunds for incorrect choices or change-of-mind returns.

Faulty Items & Warranty Claims

All products are quality-checked before shipping. In the rare event you receive a faulty item, please contact us with:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the fault.
  • Photos or videos for assessment.

Once we receive the returned item, our assessment takes up to 3 business days. If approved, we will dispatch a replacement or process a refund/store credit. Standard shipping timeframes apply to replacements.

We accept PayPal for all purchases, which allows payment via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

For local customers, we also offer cash payment upon pickup at our Sydney showroom.
