The figure is brand new and factory sealed.  It has never been opened.  The box is in good shape and does have a little shelf wear on one side of the box.  Please see pictures.

I will only ship within the US only.  I will use EITHER UPS Ground OR USPS.  PLEASE do not ask to ship via another carrier or try to negotiate shipping costs after winning the auction.  I do my best to charge actual shipping costs.  I do not make any money on shipping charges and more often than not, lose money in your favor.  Your understanding and cooperation is greatly appreciated here.  :-)  

I also cannot ship to any freight forwarder, even if they are in the US, for shipping overseas since the risk of damage to your item is too high.  Thank you for your understanding. 

I cannot guarantee packaging condition since every collector is different, but I do my best to be upfront and honest with the condition.  Please ask questions before bidding.  Payment must be received within 3 business days without exceptions. Please note that if you do not pay within 3 days, a non-paying bidder claim will be filed automatically.
