This is a 2019 Cannondale Lefty Ocho 100 that came off of my Scalpel Si Carbon 2.  It's in great shape.  The lock-out is working great, as is compression.  The seals are good and not leaking.  There is some discoloration on the stanchion (typical) but as already mentioned, no leaking fluid.
