Its newly implemented Anti Extrusion Ring seal stabilization system, along with a stronger top cap and mounting clevis design and improved pressure-tight screws, ensures that the actuator can withstand the rigors of the marine environment.


Excellent Seal Performance:

This actuator has excellent seal performance.An integrated wiper seal at the actuator base, molded-in brass thrust bearing design, thicker and stronger motor housing wall, and improved O-Ring design for a more consistent seal contribute to its long-term reliability. Additionally, the over-molded cable provides a stronger and tighter seal, while the upper mounting bracket with gland seal ensures secure and stable mounting.


Replace For:

This 101 XDS actuator replaces the OEM part number 15057-001, and 20402-001. The actuator replacement must be done when the vessel is out of the water.
