FOR BOATS AND VEHICLES you will be instructed via eBay invoice on where to make payment. Payment is made to the MarineMax location where the item is held.

Boat Purchases

Buyers of boats and PWC's are responsible for pick up or shipment of their purchase. MarineMax will not arrange for shipment of these types of purchases, but can refer you to a reputable shipping company upon request.

Shipping Instructions

Domestic: We use low cost, flat rate shipping for regular sized items. We ship FedEx, UPS and USPS depending on the item location. Larger items and oversized shipments will be shipped via freight. If you are near the MarineMax where your purchase is held FEEL FREE to pick up yourself and save on these costs. Please contact us at the item location and let us know if any special instructions, Overnight or Express delivery is desired.

We offer our products to the lower 48 Contiguous States.

Sales Tax

Residents living in a state where there is a MarineMax location, regardless of whether or not the item sold is held there may be subject to local sales tax. Contact seller for any questions regarding sales tax.

Returns Policy

Customer service is our focus, please contact us with any return request either through eBay messaging. Please message to confirm return shipping address as the address in the profile may not be the destination for your return.

As many items are sold below our cost on auction, MarineMax is not able to offer any warranty beyond what the manufacturer may offer.
