• This is the Model T - Long Handle - The Model T is designed specifically for aluminum boats with a thick aluminum eye. Commonly found on Tracker boats, Aluminum Ranger Boats, Alumaweld and HewesCraft boats. It will come with a 2 piece handle. The long handle is an automatic reset handle.

• Installation is very simple. This boat latch is designed to be a bow roller replacement, and a one bolt installation. You can remove your bow roller from your boat trailer and install our automatic boat latch in its place. Installation is roughly 10 minutes. Be sure to use roughly 22 - 26 ft lbs pressure on the insall bolt (snug). The clamp should pivot. The Eye adaptor sleeves over the aluminum eye to protect it from wear. Bolt on adaptor no drilling required.
