Very good vintage condition, no stones missing. It looks to be rhodium plated, decorated with rhinestones and the peacocks tail with moonglow lucite cabochons. I'm my research I found out to be done by the molds of Goldstein-Poland. I have included a couple pics from the Rhode Island Vintage Costume Jewelry Museum, which shows the original mold these were stuck from.
