Volunteer Reserves Service Medal

 (VRSM) 

Superb replacement medal made with a MOD licence and has copy discretely on the reverse of the medal.

It was instituted in 1999 to replace separate medals for different reserve forces. 

The medal is awarded to both officers and other ranks of the Royal Naval, Royal Marine, Army, and Royal Auxiliary Air Force Reserves. 

It is typically awarded for 10 years of efficient service in the reserve forces.
