Returns Policy:

We want you to be entirely happy with your Distinctive Trading purchase. If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the same, unworn or unused product to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund upon the following conditions; 

All items must be unworn or unused

All items must be in their original packaging

You must include the original invoice.

Distinctive Trading does not pay for return postage; this will be at your own cost. However we might consider the postage only in the case if the goods sent to you were faulty or damaged during transit. 

Please remember that the products are your responsibility, as a customer, until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send any returns by a postal/courier service that provides insurance for the value of the goods, a dispatch certificate or document and a signed proof of delivery. Please retain your Certificate of Posting and keep it safe until you have received your refund fromDistinctive Trading. 

Items need to be returned in same condition as it was received. Please contact us directly to confirm return delivery prior to dispatch and then to confirm the receipt by us. You may cancel products you have purchased within 3 days from date of dispatch for any reason. Please note that cosmetics that are applied directly to the body are excluded from our returns policy, including lipsticks, nail products, facial cosmetics and eye products.

After winning an item at auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, please check out using the eBay links as this will update our system with your address and payment details. We will dispatch all orders within 1 WORKING DAY following verification of your payment.

Postage & Delivery:

Please be aware all deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. Your order will be delivered between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday. We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you. 

Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods, we will aim to dispatch your item within 1 working day and deliver within the time we estimate, however please take into consideration any weekends and national holidays i.e. Bank Holidays resulting in limited to no courier services for that period.
