Interiors appear largely intact with no major page loss noted; some books may have light writing or highlighting. FAR/AIM 2010 shows shelf wear consistent with age. Pilot logbook appears unused or lightly used. Jeppesen flight bag shows light wear and minor marks from storage. Sold as a complete training lot; items not individually graded.
