    About Grit

    #400
    Suitable for repairing chipped edges and for coarse sharpening of very dull blades.
    Recommended for the initial stage of sharpening where higher material removal is required.

    #600
    Commonly used as a medium-grit option for general sharpening.
    Suitable for everyday kitchen knives such as Santoku, offering a good balance between sharpening efficiency and ease of use.

    #1200
    Suitable for finishing after coarse or medium sharpening.
    Recommended for refining the edge and achieving a smoother cutting finish.

    How to Replace the Blade

    The replacement blade comes with double-sided adhesive tape on the back.
    We recommend not forcibly removing the used blade from the aluminum base plate.
    Instead, clean and dry the surface of the existing blade thoroughly,
    then apply the new replacement blade directly over it.

    This product is a replacement blade only.
    The aluminum base plate and other sharpening tools are not included.
