This is a small manhole cover (Yokohama) from the Pokefuta Manhole Collection featuring a Pikachu design.

I bought it at Village Vanguard when it was first released.
It has been carefully stored in a darkroom with the lid closed,
It looks a little dull, like it's faded over time. (See second image)
Since there is no outer bag when purchased, the product will be shipped wrapped in non-woven fabric or bubble wrap inside this wooden box.
After purchasing it, I kept it carefully for several months.
It was opened once for photography.
Also, the main body of the product is not touched by hand.
There is a small scratch in the circled area from the beginning.
