Offered here is a charming antique Parker Brothers card game titled "Peter Cobble's Trip to New Work", dating to the late 1800s. A wonderful iece of American game history, this set featured delightful period graphics and that classic Victorian-era humor and storytelling trhat Parker Brothers was known for. 

The game does not keeps score, as it is more of an amusement. Players fill in the blanks using the cards provided, of a story of Peter's adventures. 

Condition: Appears to be complete. The box has some damage to one corner and general signs of age/use but the picture is bright and fairly clean. Some of the cards inside have mild wrinkle but not bad. The instructions and story booklet is in delicate shape with a tear along the seam.
