BLACK HANGING INCENSE BURNER SET

This incense burner stands approx. 13cm high and is 6cm in diameter. The total hanging length, including the chain is approx. 28cm. The set includes a tube of 10 swift-lite charcoal discs and 20 grams of Frankincense.

The Black Hanging Incense set is cast in brass enamelled black with decorative engraving showing the brass underneath.

PLEASE NOTE:-  The chains of this hanging Incense Burner are attached to the body via split rings. This means that the burner may be taken apart for cleaning etc., if desired. It also means that the chains can sometimes, accidently, come loose from the split rings. If this happens the burner is NOT broken, the chain just needs to be re-attached to the split ring! It is important, therefore, to check that the chains are properly attached before each use!

When burning incense it is essential to be careful. The thurible should be lined with a layer of sand to help insulate it and it should be stood on a tile to help protect the underlying surface. Charcoal burns at a high temperature and the burner will get hot!!

Traditionally spent charcoal and incense ash is disposed of in running water so flushing it away in the W.C. is probably best, unless you are holding an outdoor ritual (always the best!).
